Before our office can issue a building permit for new construction, we must have the following.

1. 1st step: 911 Address of location (if one has not been already assigned)
2. 2nd step: Well/Septic Tank from the health department

Once these 2 things have been done, then we can proceed with the issuance of the building permit. Please provide the following:

• Application filled out and signed
• Copy of proposal from contractor
• Copies of state business license from building contractors, electrician, HVAC, and plumber
• Permit fee, (which is based on the amount of project)
• Set of plans of construction
